Products, availability, and pricing

Product descriptions, pricing, availability, launch timing, and promotions may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, correct errors, or discontinue products when reasonably necessary. If an order is cancelled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Content on this site is provided for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. Kivira products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Review the final ingredient list, allergen statement, Nutrition Facts panel, and directions before use. Consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate for your individual needs.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes; interfere with site security or operation; introduce malicious code; collect information without permission; or infringe the rights of Kivira or others.

Intellectual property

The Kivira name, logos, product names, designs, photographs, writing, graphics, and other site content are owned by or licensed to Kivira and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or commercially used without written permission.

The site may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and social platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Kivira is not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control.
