Where we ship

At launch, Kivira ships to valid addresses within the United States. Available destinations may change as we grow.

Processing and delivery

Current processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping charges will be displayed before checkout and confirmed in your order email. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Damaged or missing shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or appears to be missing, contact jaredcrane@kivira.ca within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. Include your order number and photographs when applicable so we can review the issue.
