What are Kivira Sweet Protein Drops?
Kivira Sweet Protein Drops are a concentrated liquid sweetener powered by pure brazzein extracted from the oubli fruit. They deliver smooth, sugar-like sweetness with zero sugar, zero calories per serving, no stevia, and no artificial sweeteners.
How do I use them?
Start with five drops, mix well, and adjust to taste. Five drops provide approximately the sweetness of two teaspoons of sugar.
How many servings are in one bottle?
Each 1 fl oz bottle provides approximately 120 servings based on the suggested five-drop serving.
What can I add Kivira to?
Kivira is designed for coffee, tea, matcha, smoothies, yogurt, and other everyday foods and drinks. Liquid sweeteners do not provide the same bulk as sugar, so some baking recipes may require adjustment.
What does Kivira taste like?
Kivira is formulated for smooth, clean, familiar sweetness without the pronounced bitter or lingering finish associated with many alternatives.

What is brazzein?
Brazzein is a naturally sweet protein found in the oubli fruit, Pentadiplandra brazzeana, native to West and Central Africa.
Where does Kivira’s brazzein come from?
Kivira uses pure brazzein extracted directly from the oubli fruit. It is not produced through precision fermentation.
Is Kivira stevia, monk fruit, or an artificial sweetener?
No. Brazzein is a sweet protein and belongs to a different category. It is not stevia, monk fruit, aspartame, sucralose, or a sugar alcohol.
How is brazzein handled by the body?
Brazzein is a protein—not a carbohydrate sugar—and is digested as protein rather than metabolized as sugar. It also avoids the sugar alcohols and high-intensity compounds commonly associated with digestive compromise.
Is Kivira a protein supplement?
No. Brazzein is used in an extremely small amount because it is intensely sweet. Kivira is a sweetener and is not a meaningful source of dietary protein.
