Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Because Kivira products are ingestible, opened products are normally not eligible for return.

Before sending anything back, contact us at jaredcrane@kivira.ca with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Kivira.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged, defective, incorrect, or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
